Leaking external balcony door/external tiles causing water to enter unit

1 bedroom unit with small balcony accessed via a sliding glass door with metal frame leaks during heavy rain causing water to enter under the carpet into the bedroom. I am not sure if this is a door frame issue or a tile and grout issue however the water seepage can be quite substantial. I am looking for a qualifed tradesperson to inspect and repair the defective issues be that grouting, tiling or the door frame.
