I have been in my home 3 years, near new & it's still has a year or so on builders warranty. There are a couple of tiles that have fallen off under the floating sink which needs to be stuck back... In addition, I have mould coming through tiles on wall & not sure how to fix, whether bathroom it needs to be re-sealed or bathroom wasn't waterproofed properly when built. Would also like the exhaust fan looked at as I am unsure if it actually doing a good job. I have photos if it helps.

A six year old bathroom in very good condition never had caulking done to critical joints, they were previously grouted. The grout has since been scraped out and the bathroom is ready for approx 30...
