We have a 15 meter besser block wall that has 5 ft of soil up against it. the wall is lined with bitumanic material plus black plastic on the outside. however, there is some damp coming up between the wall and the infill slab. we would like to seal it before lining the wall with gyprock and carpeting the floor.
