The deck was leaking through the ceiling 2 years ago because the damaged waterproofing membrane. Back then the newflex WAM fiber membrane was installed to deck over top of existing exposed membrane. Leaking occurred again after 15 months. I gonna rip off all the old membranes and put on new membranes. Look forward to a check of the deck as soon as possible and more discussion regarding the solution. Might relay the membrane and put tiles on it.
