-Removal/Refitting showerscreen
- Remove existing tiles to the bottom row of both walls & prepare to retile.
- Remove and replace Villaboard if required.
- Remove existing floor tiles and floor waste.
- Remove screed floor
- Apply 2 coats of waterproofing product including flexible bandage to perimeter joints (bond breaker).
- Apply new screed floor
- Fit new x . (Colour) floor tiles, using Adhesive.Client to supply tiles
- Install new 80mm Stainless steel floor waste.
- Apply tinted white Megasealed to perimeter of shower floor, bottom row of the walls and the wall to wall joints +cement off
- Until further investigation has been carried out we at this stage are presuming that there is no damage to the wall/floor timbers.
