Leaking bathroom - causes unknown.
Bathroom at 1st floor is located above the dining area at the ground floor. The tiles outside the shower place are being pushed up, and there are signs of moisture in between grouts. The shower place was recently re-done (6 months ago): tiles were removed, gaps underneath were filled, 2 layers if water proofing was laid and the shower place was re-tiled. We suspect that the leak is still happening, because the cavity in the ceiling of the dining room is still wet.
