Recently bought property- 3 story extension built 3 years ago. Surveyor picked up damp and ventilation issues downstairs- now discovered after washing back tiles that water has introded into a corner of the downstairs rumpus and paint is bubbling in one corner. Also in Laundry downstairs poor ventilation and appears water may be encriaching there as well.
Ready to get fixed asap as want to put in a wooden floor to replace carpet - has been booked for 2 weeks time so would love to get looked at and fixed asap
