house was built in 1955, facebrick with sprung wooden floors. it is built on sandstone and sand. when it rains, we get water seeping through the rock at the back of the garage so things in garage go mouldy. also getting mould on items at bottom of cupboards in house. please contact me regarding assessment and quote on repair.
