I have been in my home 3 years, near new & it's still has a year or so on builders warranty. There are a couple of tiles that have fallen off under the floating sink which needs to be stuck back on. In addition, I have mould coming through tiles on wall & not sure how to fix, whether bathroom it needs to be re-sealed or bathroom wasn't waterproofed properly when built. Would also like the exhaust fan looked at as I am unsure if it actually doing a good job. I have photos if it helps.
