My back bedroom balcony, rougly 4.5 metres wide by 1 meter deep has mosiac style tiling. it needs to be re-waterproofed as water has been seeping down the french doors underneath the balcony. i have had an inspection done and this will require the tiling to be taken up, re-waterproofed underneath and then retiled.
i have had an ititial quote and am shopping around. i would like to be quoted for time and cost involved. i realise the quotes cannot be exact without seeing the job but i would like ballpark figures.
