Supply and Install outside wall-mounted Air Vents for airflow into Attic

At the moment, we have no airflow into Attic. We have two whirlybirds but will be replacing them with Solar Roof Fans since they do not spin when there is no breeze. To provide replacement air into attic and reduce chances of depressurisaton, we require 9 slimline outside wall-mounted air vents fitted and installed, or 3 large square vents. At the moment, we just have covers. They are display only. There is no air supply provided. We need this changed. The Vents must be weather/rain proof, insect proof and rust-proof, etc... Prefer metal over aluminium or plastic.
