Building report suggest sub floor ventalation problem, i have removed all carpet to find chipboard underneath which i think needs replacing. brick work is for removing bricks to install vents also extending single brick drive thru garage into adjoining lounge room. this will require brick work where x2 single garage roller doors would be.
