Someone to come and inspect a potential build up of mould in our bathroom.

we live in a double story townhouse and in our ensuite it appears as though there may be mould in the wall as the wood at the bathroom doorframe has started to rot and the tiles in the shower appear to have mound. despite our efforts to clean the bathroom it does not help. the ceiling is damp right beneath where the wood is rotting and we do not know what to do and would like someone to come and inspect this and advise us of the options.. we would like to act on this before it gets too late..
