Scope of Works: MECHANICAL VENTILATION SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of works includes, but is not limited to the following;
• Allow for mechanical exhaust ventilation for bin room and existing W/C
• Allow for all exhaust sheet metal duct
• Allow for dampers as required
• Allow for grills as required
• Allow for all works, components, fittings and associated items to complete works
• Allow mechanical switchboard as a separate item
• Allow galvanised steel enclosure to fans with access panels as detailed
• Allow anti-vibration mounts
• Allow all grills including weather proof/vermin proof powder coated grilles as detailed
• Allow for all works, components, fittings and associated items to complete works
• Allow internal acoustic insulation to ducts as detailed
• External components to be powder coated
• Allow linear bar grills as detailed
PLEASE NOTE -
• You must allow for any other work to complete the above.
• Allowance must be tendered for as per the specification and drawings, if there is a variance or mistake with the plans or specification the contractor/supplier shall immediately notify this office or it is deemed the contractor/supplier has made allowance for the more expensive option.
• Unless noted otherwise in your exclusions within your quotation, it is noted by this office the above scope of works is included in your quotation.
• Site MUST be cleaned at the end of each day.
