Home requires mould removal under the house beneath the bathroom floor
Emily requested 2 quotes from Ventilation Specialists in Essendon North
Would like no obligation free quote as I am unsure whether this is a simple job requiring mould removal only, or whether a ventilation system needs to be installed beneath the house or whether the bathroom floor needs to be removed and totally renovated. This is our investment property and tenant has stated that there is a smell. Plumber that was suggested from agency was not conclusive in his findings. Thank you
