Timber Dining Chairs restored to natural timber and re-upholstery

I have 10 timber dining chairs (chinese restaurant style) with upholstery on the seat and an upholstered insert on the back. Whilst they are all the same design, some are original black lacquer, some are restored to natural wood and some are restored to natural with a light coat of tung oil. I would like to restore all of them to natural timber, sanded until smooth, and re-upholster the seats and back inserts with a natural linen upholstery fabric. I do not have the fabric, so I can buy or I can select from your supplier.
