There is a TV point in the living room and the tenant has informed me that the TV does not work well with the TV not receiving the signal. The home was previously leased and this TV point seemed to function well then. Hence I've asked him to try his TV at another TV point and with a different coaxial cable (just to confirm that there were no technical issues with the tenant's TV), but it seemed to work fine there. I'm fairly confident that the antenna is not the issue and that there may be something wrong with the TV point only, since the other television in the house is working fine and receiving a signal. Could you please roughly quote me what the associated cost of this would be?
