Replace existing grass with synthetic lawn

Current grass is not growing and becoming a dust pit with two young children constantly playing on it. Area is approx 60m squared and I am looking for more durable synthetic option. I would also be looking at replacing Lilydale rock in front yard, approx 16m squared. Access to both areas is very good.
