We had a tree removed on November 8 after requesting the tree and its stumps, which are wedged between a fence and concrete, be removed. Unfortunately the service which completed the tree removal could not remove the stumps because of access issues. The stumps are causing the fence to warp and come away from its poles. The stumps can be accessed from the neighbour's side, but only via about an inch gap at the bottom of the fence. Is there anyone who can remove these stumps?
