While Fernando was a couple of hours later than he said he would be to visit to quote the job (to be fair to him, it was AFL Grand Final day), he made up for it by providing a competitive quote (and thankfully all completed during half time). Not only that, but he called me on Monday morning to see if I wanted to go ahead, and if so, if I was happy to start at 9.00am that morning. \n\nSo, the upshot is Fernando provided a competitive quote and got the job completed within 3 days.
