Tree moving for a fallen tree which is in an awkward position

We need a fallen tree safely brought to a location in the backyard where we can deal with it. As soon as possible would be good. I will attach a photo to show the tree.
We have a split level backyard and a tree right at the top level has rotted and fallen onto a tree on the level below.
The tree is suspended in midair, caught in the other tree, and it's quite close to the neighbour's boundary so we would like someone with the proper insurance to come and move the tree so that it's completely on the lower level. Then my dad and myself can chop it into manageable pieces.
We would need to site current insurance certificate before hiring someone for this job.
We may have other lopping work required on site (pending council approval - we are reapplying to cut the tree down in the next few months) so at the same time as you do this job we will ask for quotes for the other trees.
