Very large and old bouganvillea is pushing down brick fence (and I suspect causing paver lifting and plumbing issues)
Pending the above need to at a minimum cut it back severely or possibly remove.
Would prefer cut bak as it is magnificent when "flowering" and a damn good security fence! Time commencemsnt is an estimate can start the job earlier or later as suits
