We have a neighbours tree needing to be cut back as overhangs our driveway. Neighbours have been notified. Want to ensure all overhang is cut back (~15m high) - will most likely need cherrypicker... The bits that need to be lopped off are more twig-like than branches but need to be reached from my 4th floor balcony. Distance to the furthest part is just short of 5 meters.
