I have an old canary island palm tree which needs some attention.

Palm tree has not been cared for for years. Needs the fronds old and new trimmed. Also the trunk is very ragged looking not sure if can do anything about it? Tree has intitally grown on an angle and then straightened at top with a lot of the roots exposed. I really need a palm tree specialist to look at it. Thanks
