1 x Chinese Fan Palm Tree to be chopped down & removed (no need for stump removal) -No Council Permission needed Ref:28544906. Palm in front yard of highset house. Easy access. Palm Trunk is as high as the house. Trunk Core is approx 40cm diameter-looks thicker from old leaves debris still stuck on trunk. I have cut off most of dead leaves, so now looks like lollipop with long trunk and bunch of green leaves on top.
