Upon contacting him, he promptly came and did a quote. This was great. The day he was due to come, he SMS-ed to say he couldn't make it but would be there the next day. That was fine, except that he didn't turn up. I made three follow up phone calls to him over a two week period. He didn't answer his mobile but there was voice mail. I left messages but he never called me back. I can only assume that he has become very sick or has been injured. (????)
