4 Large Conifers at the front of the property, will need to be completely removed. They are causing the foundations to dry up,(and has caused the two storied Duplex to suffer with cracking + (the drought hasn't helped). Will need to get a permit from the Stonnington Council. This is advice I have been given from Pro-pin who will be carrying out repairs very soon.
