Bathroom floor area 3.40sqm. Bathroom wall area approx 18.50sqm (floor to ceiling).Toilet floor area 1.30sqm. May also choose to tile part or all of toilet wall area. Owner to supply tiles (yet to decide but most likely 300mmx 600mm tiles). Also may need screed base. Planning at this stage but want work done as soon as possible. Demolition of exiting bathroom, sheeting and waterproofing needs to be done first but need job done as soon as possible. Estimate waterproofing and tiling work ready to commence in 3-4 weeks.
