We have an existing tiled balcony that has been leaking water into the bedroom and bathroom below. over the last year we have had the balcony regrouted and resealed twice, costing $4000 so far. however the leaking still continues
last week we had a waterproofing expert inspect the balcony and according to him our current balcony has been built over an already existing tiled balcony.
