Tiled balconies on concrete substrate are leaking - test performed shows failure of membrane. Existing tiles and waterproofing needs to be removed, possibly back to sand and cement screed or concrete dependind upon the state of the screed. New waterproofing applied and certificate of compliance issued by a suitably qualified installer, tiles to be laid and grouted excepting junctions and expansion joints (at no greater than 6m). Apply flexible sealant in color best match to grout at junctions and expansion joint. clean-up and remove rubbish.
Must be ablt to perform all tasks - removal, waterproofing, tiling & caulking. Please do not respond otherwise.
