3 New Townhouses Under Construction
2 Double Story, 1 Single Story
Each Townhouse has approx. 60Sqm of Tiling (45SQM Walls) & (15 SQM Walls)
Our previous Tiler has moved Interstate so we are looking to establish a new relationship with a tiler, we are a small company who build 10 - 12 new homes per year
We use 400x400 Ceramic Tiles for both Floors and Walls. except a Mosaic Feature tile (100mm) in the showers and 300x100 tile for Splashbacks
Our previous Tiler did the Waterproofing and the Wet Seal so if one Company can do it all that would be great however, we can outsource the waterproofing/Caulking if required
Job will be ready to commence in Approx. 4 - 5 Weeks, however we would like to Engage a Tiler within the next week, and lock in for a start date as per above
