Terrible experience. A lot of ongoing issues and I won\'t be able to post them all on here. But I will summarise some of them here\n\nThe costs kept escalating as the job was being done.\nHe kept demanding money when the job wasn\'t finished and this was not part of our agreement.\nThe place was left in an absolute mess, dust all over the walls and floors, rubbish left in the premises and tiles left with white grout residual. I had to organise a professional cleaner to get it all cleaned properly.\nLastly the job has not been completed to this day and he refuses to come and finish the job..\n\nIf you choose to go with this builder for any work I would recommend asking him for his license - he failed to produce one for me after all the issues started cropping up..\n\nAlso be aware that he may be using illegal workers and this could put you at risk if an injury were to occur onsite as insurance would not cover this.
