To complete the following work with respect to new tiling work:
1) Correct a small area of tiles on the wall to get correct corner gap.
2) Grout the whole area of bathroom floor and wall tiles. (2.9 m x 1.9 m area)
3) Install porcelain tiles around the spa bath (area 0.5 m x 2.5 m area)
4) Install Wash basin with vanity (size of vanity 700 mm long x 400 mm wide x 860 mm high)
5) Sealant around wall corners and floor corners
6) Install few fittings (ie. towel rail, 2 cloth hangers, 2 towel rings)
