Tiling (Wall & Floor) for small unit kitchen/bathroom/laundry reno
CRAIG requested 3 quotes from Tilers in Bellevue Hill
Renovation of small 1970's apartment in Centennial Park, NSW.
The unit is a rental property, so am after something cheap and practical to give it a more tidy/modern look - nothing too fancy.
I was previously considering reglazing wall tiles and lino/vinyl flooring but would like a quote on tiles as it may prove to be better value.
Require a quote for supply and installation of:
Approx 7 sq m of bathroom wall tiles (and remove old tiles).
Approx 6 sq m of kitchen floor tiles (and remove old lino tiles).
Approx 3 sq m of laundry floor tiles (and remove old lino tiles).
Subfloor is concrete.

I have detailed floor plans and photos I can send to give you a better idea of the job if required, as access to the property is difficult at the moment.
Can you please provide a per m price as I will consider additional wall tiling if the price is right.
