Robert requested 3 quotes from Tilers in Balmain East
3.75 x 1.8 outdoor verandah, presently tiled but tiles cracked and allowing water through to downstairs ceiling. OK to tile over existing tiles after using say a Gripset under tile membrane or similar then tiling over. Also, small piece of trim timber approx. 1200mm need to be replaced as also rotten.
