Tiling of new bathroom, approx 37sqm

I have roughly 37sqm of tiling to be done to a bathroom which has just had the walls re-done (therefore all walls are square and will not be difficult). the floor will require bedding, the shower wet proofed and the tiles to be used will be a 400 x 400 ceramic tile. the job shouldn't be hard and i'm looking to spend around $25 - $35 sqm. please only email unless after 4.30pm
