The existing floorboards in kitchen and laundry are in poor quality finish, would like to make it all watertight by tiling the floor which includes tiling under a dishwasher. It needs to blend in with the lounge carpet area so that there is no tripping hazard and also with the sliding door to deck outside.
We are purchasing the house and will be settling the property by 30 June 2009. We want to do this work before we move into the property
