He offered ideas and explained concerns and issues well - which was important as i left selecting tiler later than shouldve and didnt give him a chance to liaise with the plasterer and plumber. His explanation and ideas was important for us and why we chose him ahead of other cheaper quotes. Theos team were very clean on site. Worked around other trades and completed final touchups and minor corrections. Throughout the work Theo supervised and checked his team along with counterpart Steve. The work was inspected by a Building inspection consultant and our renderers, who were also tilers, and they commented the work was of a high standard.
