Tiling kitchen aprrox 3.5m x 1.2 replacing water damaged timber floor

A recent flood caused by a faulty washing machine has caused damage to my timber floorboards. i would like to have the floor boards removed from the kitchen area and replaced with tiles.

- the area covers about 3.2m in length and 1.2m in width with areas under the dishwasher and refrigerator. the area is adjoining the laundry which is already tiled and a living area which the timber flooring will remain. i would like tiles which are as close as match as possible to those in the laundry.

- my preference is to have the timber pulled out and the tiles installed however i am willing to pull up the timber myself if required.

- the work will be paid for by my home insurance and i am required to submit a min 2 quotes from which they will choose.
