Total floor area is approx 17.2 square meters.
Bulk of area is in 1 room. An attached nook/cranny with about 1.5 sq.m. Attached nook will probably require a few odd cuts & lengths.
Tiling onto a concrete slab using plain color 450x450mm tiles, which we are planning to purchase shortly.
Room has had some damp issues.
