Tiling in Kitchen - walls, spashback, remove and replace

I want to replace existing tiling in my kitchen when new tiles. It appears that there is about 5sqm of tiling including above and next to a kitchen stove, around a window, above a bench and a couple of spots near cupboards. I know what tiles I want (from Beaumont Tiles) but have not purchased. I also want to do some work in the bathroom but would prefer to discuss this with a tiler to know if its reasonable and then get a quote.
