I am owner-building a house in Gundaroo NSW, 2620. I have an approved DA & CC and am ready to commence construction after selecting the contractors.
I would like a quote for Labour for tiling 36m2 floor & 116m2 wall tiling. Wall tiles will 200x300mm ripple finish.
I will require a written quote from the successful contractor. Please note the successful contractor will need to provide a reference of past work, proof of NSW license & insurances and sign the Dept of Fair Trading Home Building Contract.
