Bathroom size: 2.5 x 2.7 m total floor area. One shower recess (900x900) plus bath along long wall. Bath 1500mm x 750mm, with hob each end total length 1800mm. New vanity to e installed. New shower screen. Steel bath to e resurfaced?? or replaced.
Very little plumbing to do.
Tiling to include: Shower recess. All floor, wall tiling around bath and walls to one tile high only...other than shower recess.
Present bathroom will be demolished to a "ready to start new tiling etc" state.
