Stage 1 = The Ground Floor bathroom/laundry floor is approx. 8.5m2 and tiles will be 600x600. The Ground floor bathroom/laundry walls will just have a 300mm high border above the benches and tiled shower walls of 300x100 tiles laid horizontally, total 8m2.
To be tiled as first stage.
Stage 2 = First Floor Bathroom floor is approx. 7.5m2 and tiles will be 600x600, fall to shower grate not centre drain. First Floor Bathroom walls will be tiled floor to ceiling (2450High) using 300x100 tiles laid horizontally, total 22.5m2.
To be tiled as second stage.
Please include Waterproofing in quote.
