I need the following work done:
- grout tile floor, approx 1.8m x 5m (has never been grouted but I have the right colour)
- tile bathroom floor, approx 1m x 2.4m (may require removal of old vinyl tiles prior to starting but we can do this if req)
- replace several broken tiles and some that have fallen off the wall (prob around 15 tiles total). The walls are brick and the tiles are stuck on with mortar - flat is about 40 years old.
