Looking for tiling to be done in a unit, for lounge/dining, kitchen and hallway. Removing old loungeroom carpet and kitchen tiles. Kitchen needs waterproofing. Strata has strict requirements so needs to meet 5 star rating of the Association of Australian Accoustical Consultants, namely impact sound isolation of not more than LnT,W = 45. Looking at using 62cm x 21cm but not yet purchased. Need initial measure and quote and afvice regarding meeting strata sound requirements.
