Zarif started the job started out quite well, he was friendly and the work was reasonably neat and of a good quality, unfortunately he changed his tune and was quite difficult to deal with when asked to redo a few cuts which were of unacceptable standard later in the job, I ended up getting him to finish off the part he was doing and called it quits. I think he had quite a bit of work on at the time so our project became bottom of the priority list.
