We have an old house (built 1943) and we are renovating our bathroom. We need the following;
Recess shower base into floorboards, screed with fall, install smart-tile
Waterproof.
Sheet floor, lay underfloor heating, lay tiles (approx. 12m2)
Floor tiles are 600x600 polished concrete look
Sheet uneven walls (stone and cement), tile walls (approx. 12m2)
The shower will have 2 shelves jutting out from one wall, so you will have to tile around these.
Wall tiles are gloss handmade subway tiles, and we are wanting a brick pattern.
We are wanting someone to come in and take care of everything, including shower base recess and screed, sheeting floor and walls, waterproofing, tiling, grouting, clean up, and so on.
We already have a few quotes, but we have not found that magic combination of a tradie that we get on with and has provided an appropriately priced quote. Please get in contact if you are a friendly, professional tradie who can provide references and photos. We want to hear from you! Must be licenced and insured.
