I have an old shower where some tiles are not stuck to the wall anymore. (sounding hollow when tapped), also have one tile that has broken. I require someone to repair those tiles and also make sure the shower doesn't leak water into the walls anymore. also a small job in the laundy where 3 consecutive tiles running along the bottom of the wall have broken. some plaster repair is required.
