I would like to tile over existing tiles in my bathroom and separate toilet, they were stuck down with concrete originally and its a hell of a job getting them up. two years ago we had some floor and wall tiles replaced and the shower regrouted. i am trying to save money obviously. i had looked into repainting the wall tiles but i'm not too sure that these will wear well. even if i do that i will still have green colonial style floor tiles that really date the house. 14 years old are the tiles, all fixed well and in excellent condition other then dated.
